Diana Ringe Krogh is the Vice President of Social Responsibility at the LEGO Group, where she leads the company’s global efforts to create a positive impact on society and children’s lives. With more than a decade of experience within the LEGO ecosystem—including seven years at the LEGO Foundation—she has dedicated her career to championing the power of learning through play and advocating for children as essential stakeholders in business.
In her current role, she oversees flagship programs such as Build the Change, which empowers children to use their creativity to solve real-world sustainability challenges. She has also been instrumental in inclusive initiatives like LEGO Braille Bricks, designed to help children with vision impairment learn through play. Furthermore, Krogh is a leading voice in digital wellbeing, collaborating with partners like UNICEF to ensure children’s rights and safety are protected in digital environments. Beyond her work at LEGO, she serves on the sustainability committee for Danish Industry (DI), where she helps shape the national agenda for corporate responsibility and innovation.
