Vice President, Head of Innovation & Trend Research DHL Customer Solutions and Innovation
As Vice President, Head of Innovation & Trend Research for DHL Customer Solutions and Innovation (CSI), Dr. Klaus Dohrmann is responsible for positioning DHL as the thought leader in the logistics industry and beyond as well as delivering customer-centric innovation. This includes the publication of THE Logistics Trend Radar, an acclaimed benchmark for strategy and innovation in the logistics industry, as well as deep-dive Trend Reports. In an end-to-end approach his global team also drives innovation from customer engagements, technology scouting, and research to proof of concepts and commercial solutions. His area of responsibility includes the DHL SmartSolutions IOT team providing global IoT solutions for the purpose of supply chain visibility, operational excellence, customer experience, and employee safety.
Klaus joined DHL Group`s Corporate Development department in 2008, advanced his position to become Head of Strategy for DHL Customer Solutions and Innovation (CSI) and Vice President Sector Development.
